Job Description



Prepares all documentation related to PPAP for Service Parts.


To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

●  Shall adhere to all safety, health and environmental procedures, policies and practices, utilizing personal protective equipment and proper attire in keeping with safety standards.

●  Ensures that all equipment is in safe operating condition and meets or exceeds MIOSHA Standards.

●  Comply with all ISO/TS 16949 & ISO-14001 procedures and work instructions to job description.

Key Accountabilities:

1.  Develops Process Control Plans, Gage Instructions, Standards Sheets, Defect Histories.

2.  Creation of APQP documents to customers, including Process Flow Diagram, Process FMEA, Process Control Plan, PSW, and others as required.

3.  Other assignments as directed by Service Manager.


●  Excellent communication skills - both written & oral.

●  Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.

●  Ability to work in team-oriented environment.

●  Basic Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances knowledge

●  Strong computer skills including: Microsoft Office applications and Mini Tab.

●  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies and procedure manuals and operating instructions.

Job Requirements


Note:  Possession of a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required for all new hires in all positions.

●  Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent (pursuing)

●  Must be Junior or Senior level of program


●  Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Control Plans
