JAC Products, a leading Global Tier 1 Automotive Supplier, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing, fast-paced team environment! The Account Manager will expand sales to existing customers, successfully manage all aspects of the assigned customer relationship, and achieve new business sales targets. Safety and quality are key priorities at JAC Products – all of our facilities comply with Quality and Environmental procedures.        Napoleon, Ohio



Your Contributions:



  • Achieve annual sales and new business targets.

  • Identify business growth opportunities by maintaining active relationships with OEMs.

  • Support assigned customer relationship and ensure successful resolution of commercial issues.

  • Assist in the development of quote packages and the negotiation of sales contracts and Engineering & Design Projects.

  • Pursue opportunities to conduct technology shows and present new product concepts to internal teams.

  • Review Purchase Orders and invoices; collect payments that fall beyond terms and submit for approval.

  • Provide support in monitoring JAC Products performance in key areas impacting customer satisfaction.

  • Create and maintain accurate, accessible and organized reports, presentations and other documents.

Job Requirements

What You Need:



  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

  • 5 years of Automotive experience (preferably in Sales).

  • Demonstrated experience in… Negotiating sales contracts; Preparing/costing new product quotes; Managing project campaigns.

  • Superior Communication Skills – Ability to communicate the features and benefits of company products and services.

  • Fundamental Mathematical Skills – Ability to develop competitive bids from cost data; understanding and working knowledge of the relationship between sell price, cost, gross margin, and contribution margin.

  • Teamwork – ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and achieve goals.
